The Programming Club at CR Rao AIMSCS is a community of students enthusiastic about various aspects of programming. This club aims to develop a programming culture in the student community and help students explore and enhance their programming skills.

The Club helps students understand Logic in coding and apply programming techniques to various projects. The club focuses on courses related to the Programming Languages(Python, Java, C, C++)Web Development, App Development, and Data Structures and Algorithms that are essential for any developer. The content for the above is taken from various resources both online and offline. Activities such as Weekly Contests, Hackathons, and Workshops on Web and App development are organized. Mentorship from various industry experts, alumni, and professors is provided to aid students learning.

The members are divided into groups to provide a collaborative environment and encourage teamwork. Daily assignments are given and group leads are assigned to track the progress of each member. The members are encouraged to share knowledge and provide support. They are also encouraged to make presentations and present them to the student community along with professors and industry experts. This helps in learning within the community and encourages students in skill development such as public speaking and communication, building confidence, receiving constructive feedback, and motivating other students. Unlike what might be believed, this club stems from the interest shown by students themselves and is not a result of the course curriculum. Code, collaborate, and create the future together!
